How to upload documents to wflow

Before you send documents to wflow:

Before you upload anything to wflow, it is important to know what formats are supported.

  • PDF, PNG, JPEG and ISDOC (ISDOCX).

  • It is also possible to send a ZIP file to wflow. But it must not be encrypted by a password and be sent by and e-mail. ZIP files are unwrapped and behave as individual documents.

  • The invoice must be an attachment.

So how to upload documents to wflow?

Collecting e-mail:

The most common method of sending accounting documents is through a collecting or billing email address. Your email for receiving documents can be linked to the wflow.com collecting email by setting up automatic resending of all received emails to wflow address.

E-mails can be created in Settings -> E-mails, Immediately after the e-mail address is created, it is fully functional and you can start using it.

Smartphone app:

For uploading bills and receipts, you can use wflow.com smartphone app, that allows you to capture document directly “in the field”. And send it into selected folder in your wflow organisation.

Application works both for Android and iOS and can be downloaded from Google Play or Appstore.

Upload a document directly from your computer:

Documents can be uploaded directly through “Add document” button on the top of your docment overview screen. Then select the document type where you want the documents to be uploaded.

The maximum total size of directly uploaded files is 100 MB.
