Billing portal

It is used to provide wflow customers with easy access to tax receipts for the service. Customers can also update their billing information here.

How to log in?

You can log in to the portal using the link below the invoice you received.

You can also use this link.

New wflow customers will then receive a welcome e-mail in which they will also find a link to log in.

The login name is your billing e-mail address.

Once you have entered your login name, you will receive a one-time password for logging to the provided e-mail address.

Account management

After logging in, all accounts managed by your e-mail address will be displayed in chronological order.

For individual accounts, user has the following options and reports:

Metered Plan - Overview of metered billing (document extraction, electronic signatures, etc.)

Non Metered Plan - Overview of billing for prepaid services, regular recurring payments.

Account information

User account name and invoicing e-mail can be edited here.

Billing address

If your billing address changes, it can be edited in this section.

Billing history

This section contains an overview and a status of all documents sent by our company. It is possible to download documents in PDF format from this section.
