In the wflow mobile app you can now resolve comments where someone mentions you with @, and check the history of your document approvals at any time – all directly from your phone, without having to open the web app.
Resolving @-mention comments
Comments where someone mentions you with @ can now be resolved directly in the mobile app, without switching to the web app.
How it works:
As soon as someone mentions you in a comment, you'll get a notification on your phone (push notification).
Open the mobile app and go to the "More" section.
In the comments section you'll see a clear overview of all comments – those waiting to be resolved as well as those already resolved.
Resolve the comment right there.
This way you always have an overview of what still needs to be resolved and what's already done.
Document approval history
In the mobile app you can now view the approval history of all documents you have approved, rejected, or accepted. This gives you an overview of all your decisions in one place.
Easily find a specific invoice or document by date.
For each document you can view its detailed information.
You can change your decision at any time.
