In this article, we'll look at how to set up forwarding in the most commonly used email clients (Outlook, Gmail). For other clients you might use, the setup is similar.
Settings for MS Outlook
Settings for Gmail
Outlook:
Start by clicking the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the screen, the settings options for your account will be displayed.
In the settings options window, go to the Forwarding (1) section. Here, activate the Enable forwarding (2) option and enter the collection email address from wflow (3). Afterwards, save this change.
Messages sent to your address will now be forwarded to the collection email and thus to wflow.
Gmail:
By clicking the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the screen, the settings options for your address will be displayed. To set up forwarding, also click on the option - See all settings.
In the settings window, go to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab. Here, in the Forwarding section, click the Add a forwarding address button.
In the new window, enter the collection email address from wflow.
After you confirm the address, you will also need to confirm the link that is sent to the given address in wflow.
The confirmation email appears in wflow as a blank document.
Click on the document and in the list of attachments, click on mail.txt . The text of the email will then be displayed.
Next, copy the e-mail address and open it in your browser.
After you open and load the link from the confirmation e-mail, you'll be able to definitely save the setting.
