Currently, you can use two functions of the mobile application

1. Document scanning and subsequent sending to wflow.com. This will most often involve receipts, or invoices received in paper form. If you are a paying wflow user, you do not pay anything extra for its use.

2. Document approval. If an approval path is set up in wflow, the approving user can approve documents in the mobile application.

The application is available for both Android and iOS operating systems. It can be easily downloaded from Google Play or the AppStore.

To find the mobile application, enter wflow.com into the search box in the AppStore or Google Play.

1. Document scanning

When logging into the mobile app, use the same credentials as in the web version of wflow.

After logging in, select the scanner section and choose the method of uploading the document.

The application automatically detects the edges of the scanned document. If this automatic function does not detect the document edges, please continue by manually dragging the points on the screen.

It is possible to scan multiple pages of an accounting document (up to 10 photos) by clicking the Scan document button.

After taking the photo, fill in the document details.

Afterwards, select one from each of the following choices:

Send - Individually - A record will be created for each image. Together - The images will be uploaded as a single document in wflow.

Company (select one from the list of all companies in wflow.com you have access to)

Document type (from the list of all document types set for the given company in the wflow.com service)

Optionally, it is also possible to add a cost center, a specific project, activity or a note to the document.

After filling in the document data, simply send it to the wflow.com service by clicking the Send button.

After sending, you will find the document in the Documents overview under its Document type, and the document circulation automation will continue according to your settings.

2. Document approval

After logging in, select the Approval section, and here you will see the received invoices that are waiting for your approval.

Approval is possible after clicking on the given document and scrolling to the bottom.
