Automatic Posting Suggestions

AI prediction for automatically filling in accounting fields.

If you are setting up advanced automations, you can use AI prediction to make the work easier.

AI evaluates how documents have been accounted for in the past, recognizes recurring patterns, and prepares automation rules for you. This feature can be used for all accounting fields and for document descriptions.

Setting Up AI Prediction for Automations

To use this feature, go to Settings → Workflow Automations and select the relevant workflow where it should be applied.

In the appropriate place where you want to apply the prediction, click the + button and choose AI condition prediction.

In the following window, select the automation settings you would like AI to fill in.

The available options are automatic update of accounting on the document header and automatic change of document description.

To predict the settings for changing the description, click the Generate suggestions button.

Then wait for AI to evaluate the possible condition settings.

A list of possible automatic description changes will appear. Accept or reject them according to your preference. The settings remain in your hands at all times.

Save the selected suggestions by clicking Apply.

AI Prediction for Automatic Accounting Changes

To predict the settings for automatic accounting changes, click the Generate suggestions button.

In the following window, select the accounting field for which you want to use the prediction.

Then wait for AI to evaluate the possible conditions for automatic changes and their settings.

Confirm or reject the list of possible automatic accounting changes according to your preference. The settings remain in your hands at all times. Confirm the settings by clicking Apply.
