Less manual posting, more automation

Our new AI feature saves your time of manually setting up rules and posting the same documents over and over. The AI looks at how you've posted documents so far, recognizes recurring patterns, and prepares the rules for you – for accounts, cost centers, projects, and document descriptions. You just review them and decide what to switch on. Nothing runs without your approval, and every decision you make further sharpens the suggestions.

You can set up automatic AI posting suggestions via Settings → Workflow automation → add a condition to the workflow as "AI condition prediction".

Edit the approval workflow even on in-progress invoices

You can now adjust the approval process even for invoices that are already in circulation. Approvers can be easily added or removed directly in the document detail, without having to cancel and reissue the invoice. This lets you react quickly to changes in your team or responsibilities. This change is performed by an administrator.

Clearer and smarter handling of addresses

You can now split the address on an invoice into separate fields for more accurate and clearer processing in ERP systems.
