What's new in version 6.22 (June 18, 2026)

Overview of version 6.22: scheduling notification times, custom default print templates, filtering by validation type, and improved line-item and document templates.

Set notifications for a time that suits you

You can now choose the time when Wflow sends you notifications – whether that's first thing in the morning or, say, after lunch. That way you get the alerts exactly when you want to deal with them.

Use your own print templates as the default

At the organization level, you can hide the default visual print templates and keep only the ones you've created. You and your colleagues then see only the relevant templates and can pick the right one more easily.

Show the documents you need to review

Need to find documents where something needs checking, such as duplicates or an incorrect date? In advanced filtering you can now select a specific validation type, and Wflow shows you exactly the documents it applies to. That way you find them all at once and resolve them right away.

Split line items across cost centers independently of the VAT rate

When you allocate the costs from a single invoice across multiple cost centers, the template now works independently of the VAT rate. You set the allocation ratio once, and Wflow uses it to split each rate separately, no matter how many rates appear on the invoice. A single template covers the whole invoice, so you no longer have to split the line items by hand.

Example: an invoice for a company dinner includes food, soft drinks, and alcohol, each at a different VAT rate, and you need to allocate all of it half-and-half between two cost centers. You set 50/50, and Wflow splits each rate separately – food 50/50, drinks 50/50, alcohol 50/50.

Replace line items from a template in one click

Applying a template to a document that already contains line items? You can now choose whether to simply add the template's items to the existing ones or replace them outright. Wflow remembers your choice.

Templates for issued invoices and orders now save every field

When you create a template for issued invoices and orders, all form fields are now saved. From the template you create a new document that's fully pre-filled, and the same settings stay consistent across all your templates.
