What's new – Platform version 6.20

New features in Platform version 6.20: accounting mode when changing document type, invoicing from multiple bank accounts, budgeting without VAT, math operations in numeric fields, and flexible columns in line item templates.

Written by Štěpán Liška

Choose how accounting is handled when changing a document type:

Currently, when you change a document type, the original accounting settings (such as cost center or pre-accounting) are always preserved.

You can now choose whether to keep the existing accounting or apply the default settings of the new document type — overwriting all values, including clearing fields that have no default set.

Multiple accounts, always the right one on the invoice

Do you invoice from multiple bank accounts? Save them all and select the right one with a single click on every invoice. Your default account is pre-filled automatically and can be changed in one click.

The correct bank details are automatically applied to the template. No manual corrections, no risk of a customer paying to the wrong account.

Budgeting without VAT: a clearer view of your actual costs

Budgeting now works with net amounts only. Everything you see in the overview reflects the real cost excluding VAT.

Easier comparisons, more straightforward reporting, and numbers that align with what you see in your ERP.

Calculate without leaving Wflow

Type a calculation directly into any numeric field and press Enter. The result is instantly calculated and saved. No switching to a calculator, no copying numbers.

Useful for:

  • Converting a foreign currency invoice → 1,250 * 25.30 directly into the amount field

  • Separating the tax base from VAT → 12,100 / 1.21

  • Splitting an annual cost across months → 84,000 / 12

Works in all numeric fields, on web and mobile.

Line item templates with flexible column settings

Choose which columns to display, in what order, and how wide. The system remembers everything — every time you open a template, it looks exactly as you left it.

Templates can be copied or exported, so you never have to start from scratch.
