User Interface Configuration

This article describes possible user customizations of the document layout and other appearance settings.

To change the colour mode, open your profile settings by clicking on the My profile button in the menu in the bottom left corner of your screen.

After you click on My profile, a new window will open. here, you will be able to switch between Light and Dark mode.

Depending on your user preferences, the left panel can be locked. This allows you to choose whether to use a pop-up text menu or navigate using only icons with the pop-up text blocked.

To change the menu behavior, click on the user icon in the bottom left corner. Afterwards, simply move your mouse to the Menu settings.

In Settings (1)-> My Profile (2), each user can choose a language in which they wish to work in.

Each user has the possibility to configure columns with data and information about the document. To customize columns, click on their icon on the right side of the screen (1).

This will display the active and inactive columns and a field to search for them.

To move a field between active or inactive columns, left-click the field and move it to the desired location. You can also move the order of the columns according to your needs.

This option is used to define the default column settings that will be displayed to all users in the organization.

To edit it, go to Settings -> Customization -> Appearance. Individual tabs for each section and document kind will be displayed. Again, each section can be defined and displayed differently.

This facilitates access to a specific wflow section, similar to bookmarks in a web browser. You can add any wflow section from the left menu to your bookmarks.

You can add a bookmark by clicking on more options (three dots) for the given section in the left menu.

The selected section will then be displayed on the left side in the Bookmarks section on the left side of your screen. You can remove the bookmark with the trash can icon.
