You can use item approval when working with documents with a larger number of items, where approvers are responsible for individual items.
Item approval is available in the Business plan. If you are interested in this feature, please contact our sales representatives.
To use line-item approval, you need to activate this feature in Settings > General > Allow approval on items.
Afterwards, on the document detail in the list of items, you will see a new column "Approve item"
For items, it is always visible which approver has responded to the item.
The next approver may comment on the remaining items. Items should therefore be marked.
And then the entire document can be approved along with the selected items.
Of course, it is also possible to reject or return the document or item.
If a previously approved item is modified, a warning will appear on the line.
