What is a qualified electronic signature?

A certified electronic signature certificate identifies a specific person and is recognised by all public authorities in the Czech Republic. More information on the Czech Post website available HERE.

How to sign documents in wflow?

For signing, we use the external service nextsense. Therefore, before signing, please install the plugin Nextsense PDF Signing Component.

Similarly to the timestamp, you can sign documents from the Overview via Bulk actions, or More tools - the Sign action. From the Detail view, on the Attached documents tab, use the Sign icon. A specific file can be signed multiple times.

When to sign documents?

We recommend signing your documents before you send them to ERP.

View Signature:

In the details section, clicking the Signed icon (or expanding the file) displays information about the signer and the time of the signature:

You can view the signed status of documents in Overview by using the Signed column name.
