With the Export function, you can export your documents to various formats, which can then be used, among other things, for import into the accounting systems you use.

Formats in which documents can be exported:

  1. CSV, XLS/XLSX (Excel), XML

  2. ISDOC, ISDOCX - standard for electronic invoicing in the Czech Republic

  3. API connection - wflow has an open API, that allows two-way communication.

API Documentation can be found here.

  4. Make (Integromat) - HERE

- after consultation we can create XML, CSV, TXT...

You can manage and set up Exports in (1) Settings → (2) Integration → (3) Export, or in (1) Document Overview via (2) Cogwheel.

Wflow automatically offers exports - Money S3, Money S4/S5, Kros - OMEGA SK, PREMIER, Excel, ISDOC, XML, MRP and Jezek SW DUEL & Stereo.

Adding a new export

A new export is created by the + button. In the Definition you can set the attributes or column names that will be exported for the documents. In the Inactive column, you can select attributes with a preset column ID by dragging it into the Active collumn, or by the plus button in the Active column, you can manually enter the collumn ID and select the Source (attribute).

Depending on your preferences, you can choose whether to display Headers (column names) in the exported file or not. You can also choose the date format.

For Text file / CSV you can also select Encoding, Delimiter and Quotation marks.

After clicking on Save the new export is available for use in the Document overview. Custom export can be edited, copied or deleted.

Export in the Documents overview

The Export (1) function is available in the Document Overview.

User has a choice to export either the entire list (using a filter is possible) or only the marked documents.

Clicking the Export button will display all available exports. To select the one you want, click on the Export name in the list. Here you will also find the option to set your documents as exported to ERP.
