Within the document cycle in wflow, documents are automatically locked in these phases:
1) In the To Review status
the document will be locked if the document was processed by the Rossum service. This lock is intended to prevent data entry conflicts. If the document fields were modified directly in wflow, outside of the review in the Rossum environment, and then again within this review, they would be overwritten with the information that was provided in this review.
2) After sending to ERP
The document is automatically locked after being sent to the ERP to ensure the integrity of information in wflow and the ERP.
