The organizations overview is displayed to every user after logging in
This is a list of all organizations the user has access to.
Favorite organizations:
If you use some organizations frequently, you can save them as favorites. These organizations will then be displayed at the top of their overview.
You can save an organization as a favorite using the heart icon. You will find it on the right side of that organization's row.
Information about organizations:
The organizations overview also displays information about the status and processing of documents in the company.
Each user then has the option to set which information is displayed and for which period.
You can find this setting under the gear icon next to the search field.
Filtering on the documents overview:
If you are a member of multiple organizations, it can be useful to filter only those organizations where documents require your attention.
You can also find the filter icon next to the organization search field. Here, depending on the information set for display, you will find a relevant selection of filters.
