Wflow.com runs in a cloud enviroment on a Microsoft Azure platform. All the infrastructure and service platform is operated at certified Microsoft data centers within the European Union compliant with GDPR rules.

Primary data center lies in the Netherlands, secondary one in Ireland. In case of an outage, they are able to switch and reroute the data stream in a matter of seconds.

To encrypt data on Microsoft Azure servers a secure encryption is used. Same encryption level is within standards of global banking or the United States army.

Access to wflow is possible from pc or smartphone through a web application.

All communication between server and a client is secured by Microsoft certified protocols. To check the access identity OAuth2 protocol is used.

To enhance security, two-factored authentization can be set up, through a mobile app.

We have many different gadgets in the app, that will secure integrity of your documents. Like Audit trail, time stamps, guaranteed electronic signatures, possibility to set and assign different permissions to users, login (two-factor).
