For time stamps, we use the services of the certification authority PostSignum (Česká pošta), which are in compliance with the EU eIDAS regulation. As part of our trusted electronic archive, time stamps are free for wflow users.

The time stamp guarantees that the data in electronic form existed in that form at a specific point in time. The system time that is recorded in documents is easily manipulated, only a time stamp gives you unquestionable proof of what your document looked like when you stamped it.

a. with the More Tools - Create Timestamp button

b. on the Attached Documents tab - click the grey timestamp icon. After stamping, you can view information about the timestamp by clicking on the same icon already colored blue:

Time stamp will also appear in Events (audit trail):

You can use the timestamp at any time during the processing of the document, before sending it to accounting software (ERP).

If you want to automate the stamping (see below for instructions), you can choose from 2 options in wflow:

a. immediately upon creating a new document in wflow

b. before sending the document to ERP

To see which documents have been time-stamped, add the Stamped option to the active columns. A blue icon will be displayed for documents containing a timestamp.

No one wants to spend time stamping like a postman, even digitally.

You can set up automatic time stamping for different types of documents, either when the document is created or when it is approved.

This feature is included in the Business and Enterprise pricelists.
