Throughout the editing process, you have a preview of the template in front of you, where you can always see the current layout of the elements on the page.

The panel of possible elements can be found on the left side of the editor. You can add new elements to the page using Drag&Drop, by grabbing an element and moving it to a specific location on the template.

Tip: Don't forget to insert your logo into the template using the Image element.

When you click on a specific element on the page, you can change the format of the text in the top panel, and on the right side you can change the exact coordinates for the position on the page and the dimensions of the element.

Data fields

The data field is used to transfer the specific data filled in when creating the document to the correct field on the template. For example, the data field {Data::PartnerIC} is assigned for the partner ID. Therefore, if you enter {Data::PartnerIC} in the text on the template, this part will be automatically replaced by the corresponding partner ID that is selected on the document when the template is generated.

Insert the data field into the selected item via the "Insert data field" button.

A structured list of folders with data fields is displayed, click to expand the folder. After selecting the appropriate data field, confirm the selection.
